Reservation Agreement
Effective April 6, 2026. This agreement applies to the reservation deposit for your first Velanir digital coworker onboarding slot.
1. Reservation deposit
Your $100 payment is a reservation deposit for a Velanir digital coworker onboarding slot. It reserves your spot for follow-up and onboarding planning. It is not a final services agreement and it is not a purchase of a completed deployment.
2. Refundability
Your reservation deposit is fully refundable. If you decide not to move forward, or if Velanir decides not to proceed with the engagement, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Credit toward onboarding
If you move forward with Velanir, the reservation deposit is credited toward your onboarding fees or the first invoice tied to the onboarding engagement.
4. No guaranteed start date or scope
A reservation confirms interest and queue priority, but it does not guarantee a specific onboarding date, delivery timeline, implementation scope, or final pricing. Those details are finalized separately with our team.
5. Velanir review and cancellation
Velanir may review each reservation for fit, capacity, and service readiness. We may decline or cancel a reservation at any time before a final onboarding agreement is executed. If we do, the deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Customer information and authority
You agree to provide accurate contact and planning information. If you are reserving on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
7. Follow-up communications
After reservation, Velanir may contact you by email to confirm fit, discuss your first digital coworker role, define onboarding requirements, and coordinate next steps.
8. Final agreement controls
Any later statement of work, order form, master services agreement, or onboarding proposal between you and Velanir will govern the actual services relationship. If there is any conflict between this Reservation Agreement and a later signed agreement, the later signed agreement controls.
