- Who is the partner track built for?
- Companies that interact with multiple teams who could benefit from Velanir — consultancies, agencies, fractional operators, software vendors, and similar partners. If you only expect to make occasional one-off introductions, our standard referral program is probably a better fit.
- How is the 15–20% rate set?
- The rate depends on the volume and quality of referrals and how involved your team is in helping referred customers get value from Velanir. We finalize the rate together when we put the agreement in place.
- When and how are payouts made?
- At the end of each quarter, we look at what we actually collected from the customers you referred during that quarter and pay your company the agreed-upon share. We'll send a statement with each payout so the math is transparent.
- What does the team I refer get?
- After any trial period, they get 50% off their first full paid month of Velanir — a tangible win they can take back to their team. It means your introduction lands as a real favor, not a sales handoff.
- How do we track which customers came from us?
- We agree on attribution up front in the partner agreement — usually a simple email intro is enough. We'll confirm each new referral with you in writing so there's never a question about who brought a customer to Velanir.
